Wadi Degla, in collaboration with the American University in Cairo, is launching a new scholarship:  “Wadi Degla Scholarship for Student Athletes”.

The scholarship program is targeting Egyptian student athletes who achieved a degree of excellence in their academic studies as well as in one of the following sports: soccer, squash, swimming, basketball, and track & field. The scholarship will sponsor one student athlete covering the full undergraduate tuition fees and will be re-offered to another student athlete once the candidate graduates. The AUC, as one of the leading universities in Cairo, will give the selected students the chance to receive a renowned education while using the AUC’s top-notch sports facilities.  The scholarship will help promote the notion that academic and athletic excellence can be achieved hand in hand.

منحة دراسية بالجامعة الأمريكية للطلاب المتفوقين رياضياً

فى تعاون مشترك بين وادى دجلة والجامعة الأمريكية، بدأ العمل فى منحة دراسية جديدة، وهى "منحة وادى دجلة الدراسية للطلاب الرياضيين" ويستهدف برنامج المنحة الدراسية الطلبة المصريين  المتفوقين دراسياً ورياضياً فى الرياضات الاتية: كرة القدم، الاسكواش، السباحة، كرة السلة، وألعاب القوى.س

وستقوم المنحة الدراسية برعاية طالب رياضى واحد وذلك بتغطية كاملة لدراسته الجامعية، وسيتكرر الأمر مع طالب أخر فور تخرج الطالب المرشح، تعد الجامعة الأمريكية واحدة من أهم الجامعات فى القاهرة وسوف تعطى الطلبة المرشحين الفرصة للحصول على أعلى مستويات التعليم وكذلك استخدام الإمتيازات الرياضية عالية الجودة، وتساهم المنحة الدراسية فى التأكيد على إمكانية الجمع بين الدراسة والتفوق الرياضى.س
