  • 1994, established EGYPRO, the Group's telecom operation in Egypt
  • 2002, took EGYPRO regional by opening a location in Tunisia
  • 2003, established an EGYPRO Free Zone in Dubai and Algeria
  • 2003, launched Wadi Degla Private Sporting Club Maadi location  
  • 2004, expanded EGYPRO in Nigeria
  • 2004, commenced tourism/real estate activities by acquiring land in Ain El Sokhna
  • 2005, expanded EGYPRO in Ghana, Guinea, Kenya and Zambia
  • 2006, expanded EGYPRO in Cote D'ivoire, Cyprus and Australia
  • 2006, signed contract with JMG football academies
  • 2006, acquired land in New Cairo for River Walk residential compound
  • 2007, acquired land in Ain El Sokhna industrial zone
  • 2007, acquired land for New Cairo Club
  • 2007, expanded EGYPRO in ESU coutries plus 5 new African countries
  • 2007,acquired land in Sarayat El Maadi for Canal Residence
