First stage:


Working on the basic movement of the legs and hands with the bar, learning jumps and the basics of standing on tips of the toes.

 

Second Stage:


Continues the basic movements with the bar, jumps and starts flexible movements (pelvic opening exercises using the bar and floor).

 

Third Stage:


Training on the basic movements with the bar, start using Pointe (special Ballet shoes for girls), start learning to stand with one leg and learning the Pirouette (twirling on one leg while on pointe).

 

Completing the basic movements, standing on Pointe without the bar, completing twirling with and without Pointe and begin movement to different dances.
