| Expansions and Renovations in Maadi

| Parts of the renovations are expansions while the others will be modifications. With the coming changes the club will be divided into two parts, social and sports. The relocation of the equestrian club and tennis courts from the social area will show this expansion.

| The most important thing in this expansion is that it will solve current problems. In sports, the academies seize 90% of the courts while the members who are not part of the academies utilize only 10%, so with the new expansions the courts within the club will almost double. 10 tennis courts will expand to 16 and the same with the squash courts. These expansions will be applied to all sports. We also can't forget the opening of a new world-class gym that expands over an area of 2000 sq m. Sports such as volleyball and basketball, will have four courts dedicated to the academies and another three for the members. Football activities will be moved outside the club, as for Arsenal, it will use the main field of the club, in addition to dedicating a new main field for members and a five-aside and seven-aside field. The equestrian club is included in the second phase of changes as the project is divided into two phases.
